    • Currently working on a documentary series about the pilgrimage traditions in India.
    • Responsibilities include assistant editing, VFX and other post production duties.

  • VIDEO INTERN AT FIELD AGENCY (Documentary & Branded Content) (March 2019 – Present)
    • Building pitch decks, research, editing, shooting video, motion graphics.
    • Work published on NBC, Washington Post, Topic, and in development for Facebook & WSJ

  • REPORTING INTERNSHIP AT THE BRIDGE (Brooklyn business news site) (June 2018 – Sep 2018)
    • Made short documentary features, and wrote about small business in Brooklyn.
    • Videos include coverage of gentrification, Brooklyn and the 2018 World Cup, the first
    fencing club in Brooklyn, and one of the largest dog walking companies in NY.

  • FREELANCE VIDEOGRAPHER AND GRAPHIC DESIGNER (May 2014 – March 2017)

    • Was part of several production crews shooting corporate, wedding and ad films.
    • Clients include Blaze Automation, Mirage Media, Eats Shoots & Leaves Productions etc.
    • Provided logo design, poster design, branding and other marketing services to several
    businesses including Mahavir Motors, Van Lavino, Hyderabad House, Asav Wines etc.

    • Various short documentaries set in New York City including

      • The impact of the NYC e-bike ban on immigrants [published in The Lo-Down],
        a master printmaker, a former world karate champion, and the canning community.

      • Wildlife series about coyotes, lichens, and corpse eating insects.

    • Motion graphics explainers about refugees’ belongings, design psychology and social
      media addiction, LIDAR and Mayan cities, colonisation in India, glacier melting in South Asia.

  • WRITING & REPORTING (Aug 2017 – Dec 2018)

    • Data & interactive stories about international students in the US, social media’s
      influence on overthrowing a dictator in The Gambia.

    • Wrote several news and feature stories about NYC’s Lower East Side
      - Stories about- A kid run after school program, the unintended beneficiaries of a
      controversial dancing law, town hall meeting with the Mayor etc.

  • EXPERIMENTAL & OTHER CREATIVE WORK (Aug 2014 – Present)

    • Sounds Like Hyderabad- recorded, mapped and photographed sources of dying
      sounds in Hyderabad, India.
